MADE TO ORDER

PRISTINE Studio pieces are individually made to order in our London studio.

Made-to-order pieces are produced especially for you after your order is placed. They are not held as finished stock and are not part of our pre-order programme.

LEAD TIMES

The current estimated production time is displayed on each made-to-order product page.

Lead times refer to the time required to make your piece and do not include delivery time. Once your piece is complete and dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.

All lead times are estimates. As our made-to-order pieces are produced individually in the studio, timings can occasionally vary. If there is a significant change to the expected completion of your order, we will contact you.

NEED IT SOONER?

If you require a piece for a particular date, please contact us before placing your order.

Depending on our studio schedule and the piece requested, we may be able to accommodate a quicker turnaround. Please do not place an order on the assumption that an earlier date can be met unless this has been confirmed by us.

CUSTOMISATION

Selected PRISTINE Studio pieces may be available with further customisation.

If you would like to discuss an alternative colour, length, fit adjustment or another change, please contact us before ordering. What we can offer will depend on the design and our studio schedule.

Standard made-to-order pieces purchased without an agreed alteration will be produced to the specifications shown on the product page.

MADE TO ORDER & OTHER ITEMS

If your order contains a made-to-order piece alongside ready-to-ship or pre-order items, your order may be held until all pieces are ready or dispatched separately where practical.

If we choose to split your order, you will not be charged additional shipping costs.

If you need a ready-to-ship item immediately, we recommend placing it as a separate order.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Because made-to-order pieces enter production specifically for your order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or request a cancellation.

Our standard returns policy applies to standard-size made-to-order pieces unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Pieces that have been personalised, altered or made to specifications agreed specifically for you may not be eligible for return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
