PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order allows you to secure an item before it is ready to ship. Payment is taken in full at checkout.
We may offer promotional pricing on selected pieces during the pre-order period. Any pre-order discount is available for a limited time and may change or end before the pre-order period closes.
Once an item is in stock and ready to ship, pre-order promotional pricing will no longer apply.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?
Each pre-order product has its own estimated shipping date or shipping window displayed on the product page. Please check this before placing your order.
Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith and may occasionally change during production. If there is a significant delay to your order, we will contact you.
PRE-ORDER & READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS
If your order contains both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, we may ship available items separately where practical. Depending on the products ordered, fulfillment location and expected arrival dates, we may instead hold your order until all items are ready to ship.
If we choose to split your order, you will not be charged any additional shipping costs.
If you need a ready-to-ship item to be dispatched without waiting for a pre-order item, please place it as a separate order.
MULTIPLE PRE-ORDER ITEMS
If your order contains pre-order items with different estimated shipping dates, your items may ship separately or together depending on availability and fulfillment location. You will not be charged additional shipping costs if we choose to split your order.
CAN I CANCEL A PRE-ORDER?
If you would like to cancel a pre-order before it has shipped, please contact us at customerservice@pristine.land.
Once your order has shipped, our usual returns policy applies.
RETURNS
Pre-order items are eligible for return in line with our standard returns policy once received, unless an item is expressly marked as final sale or is a custom or personalised piece.
SHIPPING, DUTIES & TRACKING
Shipping services and rates are calculated at checkout. Orders may be fulfilled from more than one location and may arrive in separate shipments. Tracking will be provided for each shipment.
